Hi, I’m Mayura! I’ve been a nurse since 2017 and became a nurse practitioner in 2021. I started my career as a NICU nurse and now work as a pediatric nurse practitioner. Over the years, I’ve navigated the challenges of nursing school, the NCLEX, landing my first nursing job, and transitioning into an NP role—and now, I’m passionate about helping others do the same.

As the founder of Nurse Mentor Co., my goal is to guide and support pre-nursing students, new grads, and nurse practitioners through mentorship, coaching, and structured programs. I know firsthand how overwhelming the journey can be, and I’m here to make it easier for you!

Outside of work, I’m a wife, a new mom to a baby boy, and a dog mom. When I’m not mentoring or working, I love traveling, watching reality TV, and running my Instagram page, where I share nursing and NP content.
